About Me
My Background
First, I am a child of God and he has blessed me to be a mother. I am the author of ROCK Your Money, co-author of Today I Choose Me and Removing the Fragments of a Broken Heart Story. I am also co-founder of InspireHer the Total Woman Podcast. I am a mother, financial coach, and motivational speaker. I am a native of Richmond, Virginia, and I hold a Master’s in Business Administration from Averett University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Norfolk State University.
I have served Corporate America for over 20+ years working in the financial industry and I have worked for several Fortune 500 companies. My personal finance expertise and love for financial literacy have helped me partner with several organizations including Empowering a Billion Women (EBW), Contributor to James Malinchak’s “Live Your Passion” book project, and several other speaking engagements. When I am not speaking or coaching, I aim to make a difference in the community by using my unique gift to clarify the complicated.
InspireHer The Toal Woman
InspireHer...The Total Woman is a podcast created for women by women that live everyday lives. She needs to be uplifted and at times she does the uplifting. She is comfortable sitting with her girls and sharing conversations about everything. Sometimes she laughs, sometimes cries, and often she is caught crying and laughing.

R.O.C.K Your Money is a guide the savvy money maker can use to create a financially fit life.
This book is based on financial knowledge, research, personal experiences and real life lessons learned. It starts with understanding your current state and; if needed being able to change your money mindset to create a better financial future for yourself.
Today I Choose Me
Every day we wake up, we have choices to make. Do we go to work or do we stay home? Do we get up now or do we sleep in late? Do we tackle all the things on our agenda or do we take the top two items and call it a win? Choices. Often times as women, when we make choices we think of everyone else but ourselves.
